To effect positive change in safety, health, and ability management through the views of the stakeholders of the Council.
Our Goals
- Reduce the human and economic cost associated with
occupational health and safety injuries and incidents.
- Provide a forum for the retail industry to present
stakeholder views and concerns on issues related
to occupational health and safety
and ability management.
- Be an information resource for the retail sector on best
practices, policies, programs, and issues relating to
occupational health and safety and ability management.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships
with
Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba,
Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health Division,
and safety association partners.
